Great place to relax
This is my second stay here. Check in was easy. They gave me a right off the lobby, but it was quiet in the hallway at night. The room was large and comfortable. I'll be back because it's convenient on my frequent trips to eastern Washington.

The front desk crew were all very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean for the most part. The issue was the bathroom that is in dire need of refreshing. The tile floor and grout was very dirty. The walls have damage and stains, and the tub is tapered toward the center of the floor of the tub, so it's difficult to stand on. If the rooms were a little updated and the bathroom completely remodeled, it would be a very nice room overall.

Woke up at 2:30am with a bug crawling on my neck! Killed the bug and took it down to the front desk. We went to breakfast, then left our key cards at the front desk. Never heard from them! They had plenty of time to talk with us at breakfast or at check out or since then! Not a word! No apology, No refund, No free next time accommodation! Nothing!🙄
