The coordinates that expedia gave me, landed me on a dirt road seven miles from civilization and looking at a bunch of road building equipment. Not helpful. The room we were given had new flooring, but that couch has seen better days. It sags in the middle. Shower misted throgh the curtain so floor was wet when got out. Just put my towel on the puddle when i was done. Breakfast are was clean, plenty of food.

Overall, the staff were very pleasant and the room value was great. The landscaping and parking lot need some improvement. Good value for the area. The pet rate per day is the best in town.
