This 2022 newly renovated boutique nightly rental features a modern industrial feel, plush new amenities, ultrafast Wi-Fi, and a prime location steps away from downtown shopping & dining.

Unit 2 is an ADA accessible 1BR/1BA condo located on the ground floor of Three Trails.

This unit is dog friendly, so feel free to bring your four-legged family members. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. 2 dog maximum, up-to-date on all shots. No cats please. The pet fee will be charged after departure.

Nice place
Nice overnight stay. The ground level room seemed brand new and has a great kitchen. There is quite a bit of road noise and noise when the train comes through. Shower is very small but everything was clean and comfortable. Would be nice to have some towel hooks in the bathroom! Overall, a nice place- very convenient to walk around Elkin downtown area. Easy parking.

Great spot in Elkin
Clean and convenient! Very modern and fantastic location. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay on a day trip or long weekend visiting wineries this is a great place. Food, bars and shopping all within walking distance. This is our future go to on trips to and through the Elkin area.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was great- walking distance to restaurants and vine line pick up. Pet friendly but also clean!! The roof top deck was very peaceful for stargazing at night. We will go back.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Three Trails, Apt 2. It was fun to be in the cute downtown of Elkin, with easy walks to dinner, drinks and coffee shops. The location is central to hiking, wineries and several golf options, amongst other great outdoor activities. The unit was perfect for 2 for a long weekend. It was very clean and seemed brand new. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and pack lunches each day. We really appreciated having a place where we could bring our dog. We visited the rooftop patio a few evenings and it was a lovely spot for drinks at the end of the day. We didn't have any trouble getting into the building or our unit, the instructions were very clear. We are looking forward to returning to Three Trails in the near future.

Everything was exactly as shown on listing. Excellent location! Walkable to everything you need. Coffee shop a few blocks up opened earliest. Short drive to Pilot Mtn and Stone Mtn and ALL the wineries! Check in and parking could not have been easier.
