This garage apartment is located on the same property as the host's private residence but is a separate and private unit with it's own parking. The apartment has a fenced in area for pets to be secure - there is no extra fee for guests with pets but we do appreciate being provided the number and size of dogs coming to stay. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed while the second room has a full-size bed. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, coffee, and cookware; and also has a roll-away kitchen island and bar stools. The living room provides entertainment through a smart tv equipped with a Roku streaming device and the hosts provide access to Netflix and HBO Max. Guests can also use the Roku device to log into any other subscriptions they may have. There are stairs from the ground level driveway to access and enter the apartment. Guests can enjoy grilling out on a propane grill on the recently added exclusive deck.A short walk away, you will find the Elkin Farmer's Market, restaurants, antique shops, plenty of bars and restaurants, and even a launch point for kayaking the Yadkin River!
