It is suspected that the old manager is scamming them with the hotel.com app, they did it have my reservation or confirmation.
The hotel is run down with water infiltration on the wall. Lots of mosquitos all night and super hot ( I am Canadien).
Staff were very nice and accommodate me but don’t know the end of the situation with the confirmation or the old manager
