Perfect location to the beach !
Beautiful flat that presents larger in person then in the photos provided. Good size bedrooms with two spacious bathrooms a plus with four people. Excellent location, walking distance to the beach, the twice weekly street market in the summer, and plenty of local restaurants and cafes. Clean with most of the modern amenities. Private parking is a BIG plus here as it can get very busy on the weekends and parking can be hard to find. Also very safe as it is a gated community. Lovely pool view with breathtaking panorama of Alicante, and the sunrise if your up that early. Owners are very friendly and accommodating.
