Spacious and comfortable holiday home located on the fifth floor with an elevator.
Upon entering you will find a large living room with a comfortable sofa, TV and a large terrace with sea views. It has two spacious rooms with closets to store travel clothes. The secondary room has two single beds (drawer type) and the main room has a double bed. It has a large bathroom with a bathtub.
Everything is delivered with bedding and towels as well as various household items for the rest of the rooms. The maximum capacity of the house is 4 people and a baby.
The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand blender, orange juicer and other kitchen utensils.

We also have an internet of 48 Mb/s download and 103.45 Mb/s upload.

Regarding the area, Radazul in general is a very quiet place with a holiday atmosphere. Walking you can find various restaurants, cafes and pharmacy. The area also has a supermarket.
Easy and quick access to the highway from the north and south. From our location you can access various parts of the island.
In general, it is a comfortable home for both couples and families.

Guests will have total independence and exclusive use of the accommodation.

At the moment of arrival, I meet the guests to show them the apartment and all the available services. Likewise, I usually give them recommendations and advice so that they have a pleasant stay. You will also have all my contact information in case you need help at any time.

Radazul is a very quiet residential area with a pleasant climate throughout the year. You will love taking a walk by the sea and enjoying the sea breeze and surroundings.
Right in front of the building you will find Playa de la Nea: black sand beach and calm waters). Also, next to the pier you have several accesses to the sea in the breakwater area so you can take a bath in the open sea, dive, snorkel or simply sunbathe.
Also, for those traveling with children, right in front of the apartment you will find a nice park with zip lines, play areas where the smallest of the house can enjoy. You can access walking from our street.

Another interesting fact for those who like to walk and play sports, there is a maritime path that connects the coastal area of ​​Radazul with the area of ​​Tabaiba.

For those who do not have a car, there are buses (Bus 139) that connect the capital (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) with Radazul approximately every 35 minutes. If you have a car, we have private parking inside the same building.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Playa de la Nea. A kitchen and a balcony are available in the apartment.

nice stay
We were a little sceptical in the beginning due to missing reviews, but everything went just fine. The flat is clean, directly above the sea. There is a beach 50m away and parking is also no problem in the garage.
