Beachfront 3-BR apartment with a sea view and pool view balconies, swimming pools, and a tennis court. Located on the 2nd floor with a lift, it is a fully renovated and fully equipped apartment in front of the best fine sandy beach in town - Valdelagrana. Loads of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and supermarkets are just downstairs, and a few steps everywhere around. The beach is 6 km long, starts with the kitesurf/watersport spot, seen from the balcony and windows, and goes far to the natural park with no people.
It is a fully equipped and renovated apartment with 2 + 1 bedrooms of 85 m2. Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed, bedroom 2 with 2x single beds. The living room is divided by a curtain making the third bedroom with a regular double bed. In the living room in front of the curtain, there is a 1x foldable sofa bed for 2 people.
You can count on a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a toilet, and air conditioning in ALL rooms.
A separate dining room with a large table for 8 is with a sea view and it has attached 2 balconies. One with a sea view and the second balcony faces the swimming pool and the garden.
The apartment is on the 2nd. floor accessible by a lift. Everywhere around, there are countless restaurants, tapas and beer bars, coffee and sweet shops, ice-cream stands, boutiques and sales stands, supermarkets...
You don´t need a car in this place, you can reach easily everything by walking. The train stop in Valdelagrana is also within walking distance of 15 minutes, 1200 m.
The whole beach is 6 km long, it is undoubtedly the best beach far around. You have popular Chirinquitos bars right on the beach sand, showers, WC, lifeguard, wooden footways...
The right corner of the beach is devoted to water sports - kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayaking, fishing, water jets... The beach continues to the long public fine sandy beach with long shallow and warm water. These parts you will see from the balcony and the windows of the apartment. Valdelagrana Beach smoothly continues to the beach of Los Toruňos, the natural reserve park, where you can find places with no people and you can have your own private beach there.
If you are tired of the beach, you can enjoy the fenced private swimming pools, one for adults and swimming and another with shallow water for the kids. The is a fine natural lawn around. You can watch your kids in the pools from your balcony.
In the own garden, there are also tennis courts for the exclusive use of the residents of the building.

Nos dieron un piso para cuatro personas y eramos 7, lo que llaman habitación es un salón para dormir 4 personas, un único baño y una llave para todos. Problemas para acceder a la piscina ya que teníamos 4 tarjetas y eramos 7. Un timo en toda regla.
