You're five miles to the famed Taos Plaza with galleries and restaurants galore and 15 miles to Taos Ski Valley for world-class skiing, mountaineering, hiking, and mountain biking. Enjoy enchanting northern New Mexico amid picture-perfect mountain views in this house, affectionately known as Casa Allis. Tastefully decorated in southwestern style, this home features a welcoming open floor plan with skylights, gas heating, and beautiful tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. Take in the expansive views of the mountains and the high desert from the comfort of your private, walled courtyard. Casa Allis is a beautiful getaway for a weekend or longer stays.
The living area is crafted with tiled floors and exposed beams. A comfy sofa, a recliner, and an armchair are available for ample seating. Gather for family movie nights and watch the latest films on the TV with a DVD player and a sound system. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter and cabinet space. A coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and microwave provide added convenience.
The main bedroom boasts an armchair, an office desk, and an en suite bathroom. A guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king. The bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
Guest amenities include a washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi.

The fireplace is not operational.
Although this home is not equipped with central air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild weather in Taos (elevation 7,000'). Ceiling fans can be found in the living room and both bedrooms. The living room has a portable air-conditioning unit that offers limited air-conditioning in the common areas for hotter days.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
