I made the reservation for my parents. They’re driving from California to Texas. They got to the hotel at 11:43pm my time. They cancel it and refused to re-book because it was as after midnight. Clearly it’s not a holiday week and on the website rooms are available. They had zero sympathy for an older couple traveling not happy. Would not recommend this hotel!

The room was extremely dirty. You can tell they don’t clean often. We didn’t want to use the shower due to the dirtiness. The towels were dirty, halls were stinky. The room smelled like someone had cooked something and burned it. Overall, this place is disgusting. I do not recommend.

We ended up cutting our stay short and stayed somewhere else. There was a shooting in the parking lot and some guy was shot. Definitely did not feel safe after that. The room was very clean, will say that.
