Unfortunately I checked in and had to check out 30minutes later. The room was in unacceptable conditions. To start, the room and floor the room was on smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The sheets on one of the beds looked what appeared to have a blood Or food stain of some kind. This room was not what it looked like when I first rented it in the pictures so there is some false advertising going on here. I would love to speak to somebody about possibly receiving a refund or a credit for this major inconvenience. I had to get a room at the Hilton in order to accommodate me

This is BY FAR the WORST “attempted” stay at a hotel in all my years. The front desk was CLOSED with a garage door like petition closing it off. There was a 1980’s style lobby phone with coil cord with a sign hanging above that read: Lobby open 9:00 AM -10:00 PM Please Dial 500 for assistance checking in, with room keys, et al. I dialed 500 and heard a phone ring behind the petition. No one EVER answered the call or called me back as I left a voicemail message stating that I was standing in the lobby. Utterly ridiculous! Horrible aesthetics! DO NOT book here. And if Expedia does not make it right SHAME ON THEM!!!! -DrJ

staff had an issue with an employee and he was fired. My check in was the 7th and the guy who I spoke with at Woodsprings said it would be ok to check in the next day. I told him that my flight was delayed and he said it would be ok. So thinking I’m ok to check in the next day after all I went through with getting to my destination I believed the guy. Well when I finally showed up to the hotel my reservations have been erased or whatever and the drama continued. So I would say they handled this wrong and well don’t stay at this place because it’s more like a place people love then just staying to visit. Never again

I made the reservation for my parents. They’re driving from California to Texas. They got to the hotel at 11:43pm my time. They cancel it and refused to re-book because it was as after midnight. Clearly it’s not a holiday week and on the website rooms are available. They had zero sympathy for an older couple traveling not happy. Would not recommend this hotel!
