Great customer service, good cleanliness, only thing is the dining area is very small, we couldn’t fit in it so we had to leave to get breakfast elsewhere, plus the coffee was very light, they were out of eggs and sausage, so the breakfast situation was the only negative factor but definitely big.

I know we chose a pet-friendly room, but the pee stench was very significant. Overall seemed clean, but definitely should invest in pet-specific cleaning supplies. My dog dosent use the restroom indoors but we had to take him due to unavoidable circumstances that’s why we got the pet friendly room. Breakfast was okay, there is a gas station walking distance and restaurant next door which was nice. Ladies up front weren’t very friendly, I was the one having to greet THEM and that’s just because I have manners. Overall it was OK

Arrived and given the key to a pet room. went to the room urine odor was foul, could not go bare foot if one stepped from carpet to tile you would stick to the tile floor leaving black marks. Asked for another room and the clerk said we only have two pet rooms and the other one was taken, asked to speak to a manager and he said she not here she took the weekend off. I again pleaded as I have asthma and it is affecting me in the room. He said what do you expect it’s a dog room.

Room was spacious, bathroom not so spacious, but, I was not here to spend it in the bathroom :). Bed was confortable, it had a shade over the window which covered ALL of the opening, Unfortunately, the hall was lit like a Christmas tree and there was space all around the door between door and door frame. The person who checked us in was not friendly, but I was not there to make friends either :)
