Our house, "Casa el Cartero" is a rural accommodation located in Valdepares, a town in western Asturias that belongs to the council of El Franco.

We have 9 accommodation spaces, distributed in 5 rooms, with all the amenities you may need.

Our offer is aimed primarily at families and groups looking for enough space in the same accommodation that provides our 9 seats and the tranquility of a controlled environment in which there are no more tenants.

In addition our farm has enclosure, which is an added value for those families traveling with children.

Exceptional property
Exceptional property with large garden. Spotlessly clean, light fresh and airy. Fully equipped with everything one could possibly need. Near to beaches and points of interest in the area such as Cathedral Beach. Host was excellent. A thoroughly great stay. We enjoyed every minute.

Una gran experiencia hemos disfrutado de cinco días en la casa El Cartero. La ubicación de Maps, no es correcta, pero siguiendo las indicaciones que nos han facilitado, se llega a la perfección. La anfitriona (a la que no hemos conocido por cuestiones de horarios) encantadora. Nos recibió con un bizcocho que nos dio mucho juego para desayunar. La casa estaba muy limpia y completa con todos los electrodomésticos operativos. Una gran experiencia que recomiendo. Ganaría mucho si tuviese una barbacoa para poder hacer comidas fuera.

Casa perfecta, tanto en ubicación como necesidades de la casa. No le falta detalle y todo súper limpio. Alrededor de la casa sin tener que recorrer muchos km en coche tienes un montón de sitios preciosos para visitar y las playas estupendas. Un viaje para repetir Seguro.

Hemos ido toda la familia y la casa está adaptada para todas las edades incluso con juego y sin jardín con columpios. Completa de todo lo que puedas necesitar para tu estancia. Acogida inmejorable por parte de Noelia que nos había hecho un bizcocho buenísimo para desayunar. Había agua y leche, café, cola cao y galletas. Mejor imposible.

Bien situada salvo por estar al lado de la carretera nacional a su paso por el muncipio de Valdepares. Aunque el ruido generado por la circulación de vehículos no impedía el descanso nocturno. Es llamativo que no haya limitación de velocidad a 50 Km/h en una carretera que pasa por medio de una población. Por lo demás, una casa muy bien equipade con una gran cocina y todo el menaje necesario y ropa de casa en buen estado.

La casa es estupenda, limpia y bien dotada y los caseros son muy amables. En el anuncio no pone la ubicación y está al borde de la carretera (mucho ruido de coches). Sin wifi.
