Wonderful
Lovely house with everything you need. Area of incredible beauty. The tiny port town of Viavelez is charming and very quiet. Groceries and patisseries nearby, as well as many restaurants- one only a block away! Just an incredible part of Spain and Edu is an excellent host willing to give any help needed.

Amazing!!!
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house is gorgeous, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Edu is very responsive - offering lots of ideas of things to do and checking in regularly. The house is in a wonderful, quiet village, with a great deck for enjoying tapas! I can't recommend this property enough.

Beautiful house in wonderful fishing port with exceptional host
There was really nothing not to like about Edu and Bea's outstanding and original property in the lovely fishing port of Viavalez. The use of natural light and fabulous interior design make it a very special place. Edu is the most considerate host and made our stay really enjoyable. Recommendations and reservation were welcome from a local with a real passion for the area. There is an abundance of things to do in the surrounding area if the weather is good or bad. Recommend 100%.

La atención de Edu ha sido estupenda, en todo momento dispuesto a ofrecerte indicaciones e información de la zona. Siempre atento. La casa muy bonita, los espacios amplios y muy original. Limpia y bien decorada. El entorno maravilloso. Solo señalar q la habitación del ático es un poco incomoda por la altura del techo en la zona de la cama. Por lo demás las estancias son super confortables.

Preciosa casa tal cual la ves en las fotos. Todo limpísimo y cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. El trato con los dueños perfecto desde el minuto 1. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento antes, durante y después. Recomendándonos un montón de cosas y con un gran recibimiento por parte de Edu. Ubicada en un entorno maravilloso, hemos pasado unos días estupendos en familia con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Recomendable cien por cien para disfrutar de Asturias y descansar.

Großartiges Ferienhaus
Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in diesem großartigen und architektonisch sehr gelungenen Haus. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Oviedo mit seinen präromanischen Kirchen, dem Cabo Vidio, dem Kathedralen-Strand (sehr zu empfehlen!) und vieles andere mehr. Die Kommunikation mit Eduardo und die Hausübergabe waren perfekt.

Estupenda casa en un entorno maravilloso
La casa es estupenda, mucho mejor que en las fotos. Mucha luz natural, muy confortable, arquitectura de diseño y una muy cuidada decoración realizada por los propietarios. En cuanto a equipamiento tiene de todo, mucho más de lo que esperas encontrar. Todo tipo de electrodomésticos, productos de limpieza, juegos, libros, material de playa, bicicletas... En cuanto a los propietarios solo conocimos a Edu, encantador, amable y servicial. Nos facilito información sobre la zona, tiendas, farmacias, etc. Estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante toda la estancia. A Bea no tuvimos la suerte de conocerla, aunque de ella podemos decir que es una magnifica decoradora (Edu nos confeso que fue ella quien se encargo de la decoración de la casa). Y que decir del entorno, de película. Viavélez es un pueblecito pesquero encantador, muy tranquilo y pintoresco. Un sitio ideal, no solo para unas vacaciones, sino también para vivir. Muy bien comunicado, no tardas más de 10 minutos en llegar a la Autovía del Cantábrico, pero a la vez estas a miles de kilómetros del ruido y las aglomeraciones. Recomendaré esta casa y este pueblo a todos mis amigos y conocidos que quieran visitar Asturias, sin duda. Así como no tengo tampoco ninguna duda, de que si volvemos a la zona repetiremos. Muchas gracias por todo Edu & Bea, un fuerte abrazo desde Ibiza.
