I stayed there a couple of weeks. Started noticing those small roaches more and more when I was there. The elevator went out a few times untill it just stopped working for good. There was no discount or complimentary anything. 120 a night for that hotel wasn’t worth it. Stay away.

The room's AC unit had mold in it. The smell room #122 was terrible. Spider webs on ceiling. Carpet stains, ceiling had wet stain area's from leaks. I didn't say anything to management, we just came off a 12 hour drive and I needed to just sleep. When I woke up my allergies were in full assault mode. It was raining outside so pollen wasn't the problem. I would not stay here again.

Place had the nasty Roaches in the rooms. The Elevator went out. Came back on. Then went out for good. 2 weeks climbing stairs. The people were nice. About the good part.

The room was relatively clean but there was mold on the wall near the ac/heating unit as well as ants entering the room through the unit and no anti slip strips in the bathtub and roaches behind the bathroom mirror.

This is a nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good (but the coffee isn’t great). The biggest issue was limited, cramped parking.

I was very disappointed with Comfort Inn & Suites. I was there from 10/11-10/13. I gave them my towels Saturday morning and was advised for new towels I would have to go check-in desk. I get down there and they tell me they have no clean towels but, will bring them to my room. I went out and came to get ready and was told they still didn’t have towels. They asked for my room number and I still didn’t get towels until around 5. I kept having to take my key card downstairs to get re-keyed. It’s very inconvenient to make it to your room on the 3rd floor and unable to get in your room. Some of housekeeping seemed VERY RUDE. I understand they were full the night before and may have been busy, you still don’t have to be rude. I’m not sure I’ll be staying there again.

Lawanda the food service manager served a great continental breakfast. That was the best we have had yet at hotels.

There 2 nights and had to move twice. Air and tv’s not working. On last morning elevator not working so we had to haul our luggage down three flights of stairs. Through it all the staff was excellent.
