- The tram is a 3 minute walk serving the entire coast (from Denia to Alicante).
- Airport 30 minutes by car but also accessible by bus and tram.
- The nearest major city is Alicante 20 minutes by car.
You can forget the car, do everything on foot or by tram. Absolute comfort at a reasonable price.

Pasamos 10 días de vacaciones en Alicante en septiembre. El apartamento es muy cómodo y está muy bien equipado para la estancia. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario y más. Hay una nevera muy grande y buena, una excelente cafetera y muchas otras comodidades. La dueña del apartamento fue de gran ayuda, resolviendo cualquier problema de forma rápida. A pesar de que llegamos tarde debido a un retraso en el vuelo, la dueña nos recibió y explicó todo detalladamente, incluso nos llevó al supermercado para que pudiéramos comprar alimentos. Estamos muy agradecidos con ella por todo. La ubicación del apartamento también es muy buena, cerca del mar y de las paradas de transporte. ¡Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia! ¡Gracias, Amelie!»
