Great stay
Great place to stay!! We choose it because super close to the bus station and we arrived/left by bus from Chile and also took a bus to El Chalten, so very convenient. The hotel is new and clean. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly.

Clean and spacious room, everything worked, including tv chrome cast. We only stayed one night but for the price, I wish we stayed here the whole time.

Destino Calafate is new built in 2023. The hotel is very clean and simple with everything we need for short stay. Lobby with hot tea is great for hang out before and after day trip. Front desk is very professional and helpful with trip advise. It only down site is the location, about 10 to 15 minutes walking to town. It can be hard on a raining / windy day.

Modern and comfortable stay near bus terminal
We had a great stay at Destino Calafate starting before we even checked in. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions over WhatsApp. They even helped book a shuttle for us. The hotel itself is new, modern, and very clean. Our room was comfortable with extra pillows, the essentials in the shower, and lots of shelf space for clothes and belongings. The only downside is the walls are thin and it was a little noisy on the first floor near the lobby area. This hotel is a 5 min walk from the bus terminal so it’s very convenient for that. It’s about a 20 min walk into town downhill then uphill on the way back, or a short and cheap taxi ride. I recommend this stay if you want to be near the bus terminal! If you want to walk outside your door and be next to restaurants and shops, this is not for you.

This hotel is fabulous. We stayed for 2 nights and they allowed us to check in early and then stored our bags for the day at the end while we travelled to Perito Moreno. The staff are really friendly and ordered us a taxi to the airport. The rooms are very new and clean and the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the bus station. Its a bit of a hike to town but its still within walking distance. They also have a great breakfast.

Great stay! It is a 20 min walk to downtown but if you don’t feel like walking requesting a taxi from the front desk is easy , cheap and super convenient.

Nice, new property very close to the bus station. Easy walking 20 minutes to downtown restaurants and shops. We had difficulty with room being too warm even after shutting off all heat but opened window did cool off the room enough. Staff was very helpful with getting us bus info and a private transfer from the airport through WhatsApp.

Good option near downtown Calafate.

The property is a bit far from downtown Calafate but when you have excursions the group that you hire will come and pick you up. The hotel is relatively new. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The heating system is great . The front desk helped with all the bookings we needed even when the airline changed my flight they helped with my connecting flight change.breakfast is included and the girl in the kitchen cooked our eggs every morning Highly recommended

The staff was super nice compare to other hotels. The hotel is only 11/2 years old so its new and clean. Except their room key which is outdated, I hope they change to card key. Overall it was nice to stay at this hotel nd I will definitely come back again.

Awesome accomodation, walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery and more, very helpful front desk and kitchen staff, good breakfast and they let you use dining area at lunch or dinner time. Hotel is pretty New so everything was in good shape and clean.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel which was conveniently located near the bus terminal. Staff was friendly and responsive to queries on what to do in the surrounding area. Areas of improvement include 1. Use of heavy room keys was an inconvenience 2. We had a early morning flight but reception did not open on time at 6:30 as stated so we couldn't check out properly (other guests on same flight faced the same issue despite hotel staff booking our taxis and knowing we had leave at 6:35) 3. Toiletries came in sachets which were difficult to use and were of average quality
