front desk employees and customer service was great, however ac in room did not work very well and some of the dealers at the table games were rude as hell. food was average. there for my bday, told everyone at all restaurants we visited including bull and bourbon, no one seemed to care or acknowledge it whatsoever and players card program is awful, little to no perks. its ok, but skip the players card and dont go if your celebrating a special occasion and hope to feel special.. there much better casinos/resorts for that sorta thing..

The service at this establishment was wonderful starting at check in staff to valet parking with their special touch of ice cold water bottles 😁. The numerous places to eat, food was delicious and staff was very kind. This was my first time here and I see myself returning again.

They will not allow me to walk around with any drinks or food that I brought myself while on the casino floor. They also gave very very poor customer service when trying to redeem a $10 promo bonus sign up with their gambling club. Would not stay here again.

Adults Only & Lazy River
We went mostly for the adults only and lazy river aspect. That was awesome! The pool service was not that great. At the time we visited apparently there was a bee issue one pool bars was closed. The pool area could have had better service, we managed to get a drink and some food at the other pool bar before they closed. Not sure what time it was, but seemed early to close for a pool bar. Some people were not happy. The rooms did not have a set of drinking glasses which I thought was a standard. It’s just convenient to have. Overall, the property is well kept with various places to get a drink and food. Would visit again!
