⾕ - Hosts have lived in San Diego for over two decades and know this city as well as anyone else. Feel free to ask us any questions especially recommendations for activities, restaurants, bars, and daytime/evening activities. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests enjoy America’s Finest City to its fullest extent possible
➨ - Please note the 5th bedroom is on the upstairs deck and it’s detached from the rest of the house. It shares the same deck with the master bedroom
☾♬♪ - Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests are allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation
⏱ - Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily

[◉"] - No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots, or other business use
彡 - Due to our vibrant location, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest. As our property is situated in a natural setting, it's not uncommon to encounter a few insects like spiders or ants from time to time. We do our best to minimize their presence, but their occasional appearance is an expected part. Our professional cleaning team thoroughly inspects the home before each guest's arrival, but some insects may still find their way in.
⮕ - Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30AM when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing the same day, bag drop-off is fine but the maid will need time to clean before check-in
⮕ - Due to the extra liability of early check-in or late check-out, there might be a slight extra fee based on certain circumstances
ᶻ𝗓𐰁 - We try to keep our bed count and other amenities as accurate as possible but sometimes the amenities or smaller beds, like the Ottoman pull-out sleepers, get moved from one property to another. If you arrive at a property and an amenity or bed is missing, please let us know right away and we will bring over whatever is needed
𐂷 - If you do not inform us about a missing amenity, we will not be able to help and refunds will not be given
♨ - We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase
☀ - We do our best to keep pool and/or spas/jacuzzis in top-notch condition and very clean. However, sometimes issues arise. Hosts will do their best to address an issue with the pool and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise
