The host - a consummate professional - he knows what he is doing. The house and pool were cleaned to a professional level in advance of our arrival. Customer service couldn't have been better. We shorted an appliance somehow and the host fixed it while we were out - in less than an hour - and apologized to us for the inconvenience. His commitment reminded me of the professionalism at Ritz Carlton hotels.

Villa Or has a great location and most friendly and responsive host, Udi. He made us feel welcome from our first conversation and made sure we have all our needs and more (including fresh cake for breakfast which he delivered himself). The rooms are nice and the kitchen fully equipped which was very good for us as we love cooking. We definitely recommend this place.
