The elevator was out of service, we had my 91 year old mother with us that had to climb stairs. If we would have been told the elevator was out of service we would have stayed elsewhere. Then we found out the elevator has been out of service for a year. That is unacceptable! Terrible communication in the hotel

The King room was large & comfortable. I thought it was a suite but they said no, but that they also had smaller King rooms. There were 2 tvs and a sofa sectional with pull out bed. This room was substituted for our 2 queen bed room because it was what they had available on the 1rst floor, since the elevator was out of service. My husband is disabled & it would have been difficult to get our bags upstairs.
