This garden-level condo is a getaway for every season, offering private fishing access and close proximity to restaurants, shops, concerts, and services at the Riverwalk at Edwards (half a mile west). You'll also enjoy incredible convenience to world-class ski slopes, with Arrowhead Village (one mile), Beaver Creek Village (five miles), and Vail Ski Resort (12 miles) all within an easy drive. The city bus is also an easy walk away.
