Bathroom was very cold and no heat. The room was cold and took a very long time to heat up (hours). When we left the hotel, we and others waited for the front desk clerk to show up. When he didn't I knocked on the office door and he finally came out. For an hour he never came out of the office. People were mad. Guests should not be treated like that. We were suppose to have a breakfast that was made for the road and that was not ready as well. Hotel should advise their night staff not to stay in the office and check on their guests waiting for them. I still haven't received my hotel receipt even though he said he would sent it via email. Also their dinners have a lot to be desired. Fried are baked and soggy. Won't eat there again. Friendly and helpful staff other than the night clerk.
