The breakfast was terrible crusty gross. The price was high with no negotiation so I went to Expedia to get $20 off and the front desk lady was rude. They had an extra 100 deposit over what I paid on line which was very inconvenient.

Great hotel
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Sherwood Park area. It is very clean inside, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant in the hotel has a great breakfast. Also, the location is close to all the highways, so getting around town is a breeze

Bed sheets were blood stained, lipstick and sparkles on the pillow case. May have forgotten to change the sheets? I requested and was given a new set, they didn't fit. The room is not well maintained, missing a handle on the drawers, carpet is badly wrinkled (tripping hazard for my disabled spouse).

It's just ok.The first time I used the bathroom I just about fell because the toilet is so low to the ground, actually a safety concern. The next time I'm in the area I will pay a little more for another hotel.

One comment tha we did not mention to the office was the fireplace had a low heat and we needed to start the air conditioning. Not sure if the low heat from the fireplace as always heating? The switch was off? Otherwise always good and excellent breakfast and service. Ray
