Likes the pool upstairs I liked the private walkway access to the mall and city chop restaurant was really good very easy access to the stadium for hockey . The bathtub was broken, the towels felt like paper and were very small the room had heat set at 75° f and it wouldn’t go lower The windows were dingy

Over all its a decent property but needs some work. They charge high prices on event nights for a place thats starting to get run down. Some mirror renos and upkeep would really help this place. The hotel staff was friendly and maintenance helped us with the ac quickly when we called. Parking was easy and its a quick walk to rogers. We had a decent stay and used the pool.

Amazing property, but the city really needs to do better with homelessness. So many people soliciting, baring themselves when on a substance and generally harassing us looking for money or other things. Didn’t feel very safe.

Property is getting dated. Homeless outside hotel is very noticeable. Needles. Downtown Edmonton needs to do something. Emergency services are in the area all the time for presumably drug related issues.

Property is in a great location and near Rogers Place. You can even get to the Arena without stepping outside which is great and the Chop Steakhouse which has excellent food and service is attached so another great reason to stay here. Would definitely stay here again.

Right downtown. Access to several areas throygh connected mall which carries a drug store with food items then diwn yhrough the larger mall with shops and restaurants, coffee etc. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and bar. Ice machine on the floor. The front desk is efficient and personable and so is the manager. I actually didnt want to leave.

Great hotel and location. Disappointed that laptop was stolen from my vehicle in the underground parking. Security observed all over, but also saw homeless people wandering around in what I through should be fairly secure areas.
