There was no heat in the room I stayed in. I arrived back at my room just after midnight, to no heat. It was Minus 23 degrees Celsius on this night...that's Minus 9.4 degrees in Fahrenheit...AND THERE WAS NO HEAT!!! I called down to the front desk and got no answer...so I bundled up under the blankets to spend a cold, cold night in my room. Upon checking out, I complained that there was no heat...and got little to no reaction from the person working the desk. As if people complaining about the lack of heat happened all the time. I asked for a refund, a partial refund...something!!! To which the person at the desk said, there's nothing I can do and then she stopped talking...just staring at me. One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had!!! Now, if they respond to this saying it was an isolated incident, don't believe them. Do not stay at this property!!! They don't care!!!

Room was very clean, a very nice overall. Beds were a little too soft but still comfortable. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and it was delicious and the lounge is very nice and very friendly staff.

Where do I start. There were holes in the walls of in the bathroom, flooring had holes and swelling throughout the whole room (from a previous flood at some point that wasn't properly fixed.) tv didn't work, there was poop on the floor beside the bed and on the wall in the bathroom. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Positive side was that the workers were nice.

The staff at this hotel are amazing ! They are consistently kind, helpful & professional. This was my second stay within the past 6 months, staff hadn’t changed and to my surprise, remembered me. The general atmosphere here feels warm & inviting thanks to the great customer service. The area can seem a little rough at times but this hotel has 24 security guards on staff that really help keep the riff raff to a minimum.

We checked in and our bed was broken and was upgraded right away! Friendly staff, and quick service. A little dated, but a fine place to rest your head for a night or 2. Older lady at the front desk with red hair was amazing
