We stayed for the use of the morning shuttle. On time , and clean, price was right BUT… at airport we called for the shuttle service and was told it’ll arrive in 5 min( 15 min later a shuttle arrived and the hotel name was not on the shuttle . Turns out the hotel name changed and the name was not updated on the shuttle, due to language barrier the shuttle driver was difficult to understand. We took a chance and took the shuttle It took us to our hotel . Hotel needs to update this information

Great hotel for the price. Clean, good beds, great location, only complaint, why put guests directly above a room if you don’t have to? The hotel was far from full and we had an elephant stomping around most the night above us. Also please buy a new toaster. 5 min to toast an English muffin creates a backlog. Easy fix Ramada!
