We had issue at check in as someone was already on the room we were given, the front desk staff were good about it. Twice she said she would upgrade us. Over 30 minutes later we got the same style room we had booked only on a higher level. Even a $10 credit would have been nice as we were in town for a wedding and it definitely caused us some anxiety

Love this hotel but they don’t ever even straighten up the bed ever! They do come in daily and change towels but never make up the bed which should be standard.

We have stayed here several times. Staff are very friendly. It's convenient for us because BP and other restaurants are nearby. Our grandkids live in Spruce Grove so this is our preferred hotel.

Just an overnight trip. It was quiet. Great Breakfast. Don’t even think that you can check in early. We were there 1/2 hr before check in and they would not let us in. Said the room was not ready . Well it’s a pretty big hotel. Don’t tell me there wasn’t a room available 1/2 hr before check in then miraculously they are available at check in time
