Not only did we not get our to go breakfast on first stay here, when we landed last night we waited 45 minutes for the “free airport shuttle” and it took me 3 calls and still has to pay to get an Uber back to this hotel. Lady at front desk was extremely rude and told me I did not call. I showed her the proof of my 3 calls then changed her story. Don’t offer a shuttle if you cannot provide the service. Keep in mind was at 2 am in the morning. The airport and hotels are not busy. So don’t worry Holiday Inn, I paid an additional $25 to go the 8 blocks across the road cuz you couldn’t manage to go that far in 45 minutes for me and my family
