I prepaid for parking that was not available and was not given a refund. The room was dirty, the hallways and elevator were dirty. The hotel was in terrible part of town. We stayed elsewhere and lost $380 on this one night reservation

Our room could have been a little cleaner - mirror was hastily cleaned with streaks - Ceiling fan in the Bathroom is very dirty. There was a strong odour of cooked food in the lobby of the hotel - not fresh and clean as one would hope for.

Everybody got sick when we came home with respiratory illness because of the swimming pool chlorine smell at 2nd floor. We were on the far end of the hallway but still the smell was so strong. We all started coughing the following day but no point changing rooms because we were already going home.
