Please check your cable service, as it did not connect. Then at checkoit we were told 2 movie charges were on which we did not even use. And at checkout, the counter attendant acted like she did not believe me . That was not very professional or a not nice feeling leaving the hotel from an otherwise very nice stay. thanks

Pleasant stay near West Edmonton Mall.
The stay was pleasant enough, though the beds were a little too soft, but put that down to personal preference, instead of any actual flaw with the room. The breakfast area was extra busy in the morning, but that was due to several junior hockey teams staying in the hotel at the same time as us. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Edmonton.

Friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Sink could have used a bit more pressure and key card stopped on day 2 of 3 day stay but besides having to walk back to front desk not a big deal. Would stay there again.

Not a great stay
Asked for an extra towel at check-in, never received it. Had someone that wasn’t housekeeping gain access to my room and barged in. Called the front desk and nothing was done. Did not feel safe and did not feel comfortable leaving anything in my room while I wasn’t there.
