The rooms are not the best, it smelled like the sheets were not changed on the beds. The rooms are dark with low power lighting and there are not enough power sockets in the room, especially close to the beds. The bathroom does not have enough hooks or bars to hang towels. The TV in the room is old and does not have an HDMI outlet to connect my equipment. For the price, I was expecting the property would have complimentary coffee, when I went down to the lobby, they never had any and said it is only offer until 10:00 am. The following day I went down at 10:05 am and they had coffee there but had picked up th e empty cups and the employees told me I was too late. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly, my only complaint would be is that the bathroom fan in our room didn’t work, not a big deal but I informed the front desk clerk at check out and she made note of the issue, and hopefully they address the problem.

Nice and close to the Bonnie Doon area that I come to Edmonton for but the angle of the hotel is tricky and confusing when driving even with GPS. Watching tv is very frustrating when the guide and program on don’t match. Really enjoyed the late check out at noon in preparation for my 5 hour drive home.

Very nice stay at Four Points Sheraton South. Hotel was very quiet with lots of easy parking and in house dining options. Room was clean and everything was in “like new” condition. Would stay here again.
