I like that this is a very convenient place to stay for shopping and dining. The staff are great but our room was quite noisy - the people beside us were noisy until very late/early in the morning and I know that is not the staff's fault but the hotel is expensive and we did not sleep well. The blow dryer also stopped working mid-blow dry, so I got half my hair dried this morning :) I guess I just expect better for the price I paid!

Booking through Expedia, they put me on the pet friendly floor. I had no idea why my kids allergies were acting up so bad until a dog started barking and howling on the second day. The dog was going crazy in his room for hours. We called to the front desk, told them about the distressed dog, but the howling continued. Finally I went down and requested a room change. The third night was somewhat pleasant but tarnished by the previous two nights. If you have an animal friendly floor, people without animals shouldn’t be placed on it. For anyone wondering, the 4th floor is designated to people traveling with pets at Fantasy Land.
