Stayed for a conference, property is on the edge of industrial areas, so a little away from anywhere downtown, but easy to get to and breakfast and coffee on-site meant not having to leave the property while staying.

A beautiful venue! I walked into the lobby and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. So warm and welcoming! Staff was warm and welcoming! The room was so clean. There was a coffee area with real mugs!

Good bang for buck
We were in town for 3 nights, booked the king suite and our stay included a breakfast buffet. Incredible bang for buck. The hotel is dated. The hallway carpets are worn and rippled. The retro style pub was cool. We found the breakfast buffet odd, especially since it ended at 10am. Lasagna? Perigies? Roasted vegetables? Salad bar? Yes those were all part of the buffet. Oatmeal, cold cereals, yogurt, canned fruit, scrambled eggs and sausages. The breakfast part was lacking, but edible. We slept in on the 2nd morning, buffet had ended, we ordered 2 toast and coffee. $15. Kind of thought they would have taken the buffet tickets. Overall, we will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Front desk staff was almost dismissive when I checked in. No greeting, no smile, no "welcome" or "have a nice stay". When we checked out that staff member was lovely. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, however we were there for 7:05 for a 7:00 opening of buffet every single thing was ice cold. Sausages, beans, pasta (for 7 am an odd choice) all of it. The only thing that was warm was the toast we toasted ourselves. The pool, hottub and sauna were fantastic. Bed was very comfortable and had a great sleep

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. I traveled with my 4 yesr old and the pool was top notch. Its shallow end was perfect for him to play and splash in without me needing to hold him above water the whole time. The deeper end would be fun for people who are able to swim. The hot tub was refreshing and hot. The steam room was also a nice touch. The room was clean and spacious. I liked the layout with a small entry way where the fridge and refreshment center were situated. It made more room in the sleeping area. The lounge was open late, allowed children in which was great when we needed a bite to eat after swimming and the food was delicious. The breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast i have ever had from a hotel... we travel a decent amount too so we have experienced the spectrum! It was prepared in an actual kitchen so the food was hot and fresh. The variety was also a bonus, especially when feeding a small one. Tons of options to please even the fussiest of eaters. Even the coffee was delicious! Convenieltly located close to major roadways making it easy to get around the city quickly. 10/10 would stay here again.
