Saloni, at the front desk, made me feel so welcome. She anticipated needs that I had even before I asked and was so helpful with ordering taxis and providing information. Siew, at the District 102 restaurant, was amazing as well. One night when I ordered dinner takeout she was so helpful in making sure that my order was correct because I had several special requests. She also found caramel syrup for my latte and waited until I arrived to make it so it didn’t get cold.

Very friendly and accommodating front desk! Called ahead to see if we could check in a hour earlier with no issues at all. Room was very clean, and hotel was very close to the Rogers centre where we were going! Would definitely come back here!
