I just need a bed to crash before my flight for the next day. Room was ok, the front desk (lady) in the evening was friendly, but the old man in the morning was grumpy looking and also not friendly, i felt like i owe him to asked him regarding my airport transfer.

stain on bed; nonworking light in bathroom with temporary fix; an outlet only partially worked. But hey Black Friday sale & i only needed one evening/night, and they had shuttle service to airport, so 2/5 stars was what was needed and was what i got. But why give me a bad suite when there were so many others?

check in was 3 o clock, as per booking nobody at the hotel, and tried to make we wait till 4pm and not friendly, checkin process not courteous staff

Rude Night Shift Staff
We arrived at the hotel late evening around 10:30pm. The hotel checkin staff was not pleasant to deal with. He was very short and was not welcoming. He sat behind a plexiglass barrier and it was very difficult to hear what he was saying. He got impatient if I asked him to repeat what he said. Once our checkin was complete he told us about the breakfast the following morning. Again I couldn’t hear all he said. Asked him politely what he said. He raised his voice very loudly and repeated what he said in a loud rude sarcastic tone. Was very shocked. Our room overall was fine. Clean and presentable. The light was burnt out in our bathroom. The hotel had placed a lamp in our bathroom to use for light. Was very dim and difficult to use the shower in the morning. We were surprised as we have stayed a few times before and received a great room along with pleasant staff. My husband said he will not stay there again.

Room had stains of liquid splashed on the walls and was not cleaned. The provided breakfast was not available until 6:30am we had to leave at 6am. The letter sign stating this was not on website instead a big sign in the lobby. The fire place was there and not operational. The decorator was something out off a pink Flamingo.

The check in was not great. Not one available parking stall and desk clerk said “We’re full so it’s not our fault” the TV did not work and breakfast was minimal. All in all a fair property for a one star property. My room was clean.
