Reception was friendly and professional. Room was very nice with the addition of dishes and cutlery. Housekeeping staff were so accommodating and the bar staff and kitchen staff were exceptional. There were two items I would like to see added to the washroom…1) a retractable 2-sided mirror on the wall for makeup and shaving and 2) a towel bar near the sink.

The toilet sounded like it had a slow leak so it made a constant leaking sound throughout my 4-day business trip. I would have used the fitness centre and steam room but both were out of service due maintenance/repair issues.

The hotel was nice and tne restaurant breakfast was delicious. Our room however seemed to have not been properly cleaned upon arrival. Food crumbs and hair elastics were on the floor and there was poop on the toilet paper in the bathroom.

Overall a good property. The plates, glasses, and cutlery in the room were a nice touch. There was construction on the road leading into it so it can be difficult to get in at times. Elevators had a bad smell.

Absolutely horendous!
Absolutely horendous! No room cleaning and the airconditionner never turns off. Stayed there for 4 days and they only changed our towels on the thrid day becauase I went to the front desk with my dirty towels. We got a flu because of the bad air in the rooms. Shoud be illegal.

Comfortable and clean for a night.
The property was clean enough for a one night stay. Beds were comfortable and the price was reasonable. My only issue was getting to the property due to the road construction currently in progress. Watch for the business access signs.
