We have stayed at this hotel a few times and always enjoy ourselves! The pool is very kid friendly which makes it the best when we travel with our children! Lots of options in the breakfast too! My youngest calls this the mushroom hotel because of the little splash park mushroom in the pool but it’s his favourite thing and the water slide! We will be back many more times

Had a great stay! There was 6 of us, breakfast was excellent 10/10 lots of options. The pool area was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and so so so clean. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The hot tub jets weren't working and it felt like the hot tub hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Check in took longer than it should have. Woman working decided it was more important to take a phone call rather than completing the check-in in a timely matter. She was quite miserable.

The hot breakfast was excellent! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The only glitch was that the jets in the hot tub were not working. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay!

Dissapointed that the steam room was out of service. This is the second time we've stayed here an experienced this. Was looking forward to enjoying some steam but starting to think they don't ever do the maintenance required

We stayed 2 nights with kids . Hotel was packed due to games but it was very well managed. Kids enjoyed the slide pool. Breakfast was good , nice and hot . Facility was clean. Kitchenette was bery helpful when you have kids :)
