The staff was friendly and helpful. The space was clean, as were the facilities, which we made sure to utilize. We like the hours that these were available to us. The complimentary breakfast was great. There was a wide variety of options to choose from. We'll be staying at this property again.

The 24hr options for snacks could be expanded but was nice to have coffee or hot chocolate avail. With how modern Your lobby, restaurant and suites were; I was disappointed with the condition of the pool and pool area. Regardless, our stay was good.

Good plays for a family vacation.
The stay overall was great. Service was fantastic, close to lots of places, rooms was good. I personly wasn't a fan of the room we had with the shower only. More because the water got everywhere. Food was great. We didn't like how the pool was very full and pretty much no parents watching their kids. My husband even had to save someone from drowning. But the staff was try to take control over that situation. The only thing I can say is I wish the rooms where a bit more soundproof. I could hear people all night in the hall (we were close to the lobby) and the beds moved a lot on the type of frame they had.

Room was clean and front desk staff at check in was very friendly. Hotel was very loud. Breakfast was subpar. Out of cutlery, waffles available but out of syrup, everything missing something or below average.
