Although the staff was friendly and excellent to deal with, this place is in dire need of an update and renovation. It’s located on the other side of a strip club and some sort of other nightclub. The parking lot felt super unsafe as there is probably a few drug deals going by in the cars. It’s in an industrial part of town and not very well lit. if you’re looking for a cheap motel and just a place to sleep, Argyle Plaza is your place to book.

Older property but is meticulously maintained, the staff are marvellous! Really friendly and ready to assist with any questions, very reasonable rates and fairly central to the U of A hospital as well as other areas in Edmonton that are popular. The rooms are large, there's a kitchenette feature in some, good coffee and tea service, larger washrooms and comfortable beds/sitting areas. It's not modern but it is quaint and welcoming, definitely worth a stay.
