Fantastic room, lots of space, lovely bathroom, staff were kind and courteous at all times. The restaurant was lovely. The only issue was getting there from the airport was a bit confusing.

Fantastic stay!! Staff was so great and went out of their way to help! Very friendly Hotel is located in a soccer stadium which is a cool experience Breakfast was great and good variety A special Thank you to Emma and Sandra for making our short stay so great!! We arrived late and had dinner reservations and Sandra was able to contact the restaurant staff and provide us some dinner which was so wonderful and we really appreciated it! Sandra went above and beyond for us!! Also the hand soap and lotion are one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel!! Thank you Tynecastle for a wonderful stay!!

Good place for a quick stay. It’s just a quick drive from the city center, which is a plus, but the area is not really walkable or particularly interesting at night. If you’re a fan of the local football team you will enjoy the stay over the weekend followed by the game and party!

Lovely hotel, BUT..
The hotel adjoins Tynecastle football stadium. The room was really lovely, clean, comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. Sadly it was DOUBLE the usual price I think on account of my stay being during the Edinburgh festival. Really disappointing, especially because the room had no window.
