Perfect for couples or small families, it’s just steps away from Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, and Waverley Station. Enjoy modern comforts, local artwork, and a truly unique stay.

Bedroom:
The cozy bedroom features a UK king (US Queen) bed with a plush hybrid mattress and topper, under-bed storage drawers, a small wardrobe, a desk, a floating shelf, and a full-length mirror.

Living Room:
Relax on the click-clack sofa, which converts into a double bed with an additional topper for comfort. The living area also includes a reading chair with a storage ottoman, a 55” 4K Smart TV (compatible with streaming services and public channels), an extendable dining table for four, a small computer desk, and a HEPA air filter.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, and clothes washer. Cookware, dishes, and utensils for up to four guests are provided.

Bathroom:
Includes a shower, sink, toilet, and exhaust fan for ventilation.

Patio:
A rare gem in Edinburgh, the private uncovered patio features a small table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the stunning views of an 18th century church and a famous Edinburgh close. If you are lucky, while enjoying a morning coffee on the patio you might witness a tour group speak of its unique Scottish history.

Linens & Bedding:
High-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets, a luxury duvet, warm blankets, and a plush mattress topper ensure a restful sleep.

Noise Reduction:
Double-glazed windows significantly reduce outside noise, offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. However, as the flat is centrally located on the iconic Royal Mile, occasional street sounds may still be noticeable, particularly during festivals or busy periods. Noise-sensitive sleepers might wish to bring earplugs for added comfort during the night.

USB and multi-country outlets make charging devices effortless—no adapters are required. Central heating ensures warmth year-round (A/C is not necessary in Edinburgh).

Please note that this flat is on the top floor of a historic building with no lift or elevator. Guests must climb 76 steps to access the flat, making it unsuitable for those with mobility issues.

Guest access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire flat, including the patio with seating for two. Make full use of the kitchen, living room, laundry facilities, and all provided amenities. While parking is not included, there are parking options available in the city center, though availability cannot be guaranteed. The flat’s central location on the Royal Mile puts you just steps away from public transportation and Edinburgh’s most iconic attractions.
