This was a gorgeous property. We were exceptionally pleased with the decor and the comfort. It felt very luxurious. The owners were very thoughtful and everything was easy- getting in from the airport the bus stop was just across from the luggage drop, which was just around the corner from our stay. These little details made our trip feel relaxed and heightened our stay and desire to come again.

Beautiful rooms. Everything was well thought out. Loved the decor. Very easy to get in and out. Loved the magical taxi calling button in the foyer, the taxi literally arrives within a minute!

Such a lovely stay at this beautiful townhouse! The room was impeccably clean, airy and comfortable. From the communication by messaging, to the chat with the cleaner who was on-site when we arrived, everyone was responsive, warm and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and with good quality linens. The street it is on is quiet and calm - and we were there during the festival - yet the location is close to the castle and Princes Street. They offered a free service at a local shop for leaving bags after check out. It couldn't have been easier - just around the corner - and the person in the shop was friendly, polite and efficient so it made us feel confident leaving items there. I was really impressed - something unique and very Edinburgh. We will definitely return.

The room was lovely and cozy. Very clean and room was made up daily. Located near tram stop West End) so very convenient to get to town or airport. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect area, able to walk around Edinburgh and back to hotel. Close to public transport - prime location. The only tiny little thing that was inconvenient is that there was no access to a fridge in the room so unable to store a packed lunch or snacks/drinks

Loved the decor.Amazing what was done to this old building!If you don't like stairs,ask for lower level.One problem though.My husband went to the door next to us and put in our pin number which actually opened the door...mystery.

Very conveniently located near to a tram stop, in the centre of the West End and therefore surrounded by eateries, this property is great if you're venturing into the city - only a 12-15 minute walk to the very centre..
