Absolutely stunning five bedroom townhouse in the highly sought after Murrayfield neighbourhood, ideally situated between Edinburgh Airport (10 minutes by car/taxi) and Edinburgh City centre (princes street is 2.6 miles away and approx 10-12 minute drive), parking for upto 3 cars available in private car park on site and further spaces available on street free of charge.
The property is spread over three floors and on the ground floor is one converted double bedroom/office with sofa bed, a family bathroom with shower, washing/drying facilities and a very well equipped open plan kitchen/diner with seating for upto 8 (6 chairs at dining table and two breakfast bar seats), there is a sliding door off this room to the garden with luxury outdoor furnishings, water fountains and a fire pit.
On the middle floor is a futher double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe a small bathroom with shower and toilet/sink and a very large living area with seating for upto ten with a massive 90’’ TV with SKY services.
On the top floor are two single bedrooms (these are currently being renovated and new photos will be uploaded shortly) a family bathroom with bath/shower and a large master bedroom with Superking TV bed and an en-suite bathroom with double shower and stunning views over the whole of Edinburgh and the Pentland hills.
The property sleeps 8 and a child (using existing bedding arrangements) or an extra guest can be accommodated with a single rollaway provided if added.
