This condo has a large living room and dining area and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and a sliding door that enters onto a patio. (no smoking on the patio or in the condo) There is a new sofa sleeper in the living room. There is also an inflatable mattress to go on top of the sofa sleeper if you desire.
During the summer this condo will accommodate all your needs while enjoying the outdoor activities. There are Hiking and Biking trails within minutes of the front door. Golfing, boating, kayaking and whitewater rafting is a few of the many adventures you can have in beautiful Ogden Valley.

You can also enjoy Snowshoeing, Cross-country Skiing, Snowmobiling, & Sledding, year around wildlife viewing of Moose, Elk, Deer and many other critters. Try Horseback riding by the South Fork River or drive to Ogden in 25 minutes for shopping, dinning and other entertainment such as the Salomon Center and Megaplex at the Junction. All the stores, restaurants and bars along Historic 25th Street in Ogden are local and small and there are no nationwide chains. The adventure is here for everyone!

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received thirty (30) days or more prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 15 to 29 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the amount paid to date. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
