Very nice property, fire place outside was a nice addition. Property looked new and well kept. Service was slow but a new member was learning the check in process. Room was clean, spacious and super well kept.

It was an over all good stay. The only thing I would change is I got there a few minutes after 3 and my room wasn’t ready yet. It took about 20 minutes before it was.

Just a bit disappointed. We paid a little more than expected but knew we’ve had pleasant stays in the past. Not this time. Much less than enthusiastic person checking us in. I interrupted her watching something on her phone. Also a ton of stuff I saw she could be doing like putting milk and other stuff/stock in fridge for our purchase. Ugh. Asked about pool. Of course it’s closed. Then the breakfast… now all prepackaged junk. No creamer for coffee. Oh well. Very clean. Room was very nice. Nice property.

We have stayed here before. Overall the property was good. Some of the lights in our room didn’t work, the pillows were not good, and the bathroom was not as clean as expected. The smoke alarm blinked light all night and the air conditioner smelled like oil.

This hotel is beautiful and clean however I took a trip with my girls for shopping and the pool was out of service. Very disappointed and wish we would've known sooner!
