The Tiny Home:
Ladder to Loft: Queen Bed, linens provided

Bathroom: Shower, toilet, sink, towels provided (flush only TP/septic)

Sitting area: Futon (twin size)

Kitchenette:
Sink, a dual cooktop, microwave, toaster , small fridge/freezer, keurig and K-cups, complimentary water bottles, Tea bags, creamers and sugars, as well as kitchen utensils and cookware.

We are set up for a wonderful group stay where each family could rent their own tiny home staying together at Tiny Town with a private tiny home for each family. Gather at the fire pit together or lake for fishing!

At the front of our property is our RV Park, so bring your RV friends to enjoy our great hook-ups and RV amenities. Call your host to add an RV spot!

You may want to bring a flashlight if you arrive in the evening. (Umbrella will help when it’s raining) It may be a muddy walk due to weather.

This is Texas - please be careful about natural animals (Snakes, Bugs, Scorpions...etc are around).
