This unique home puts you close to everything the area has to offer - Nauset Light Beach, one of the Cape's very best, is just 1.8 miles from your door, a mere eight minutes by bike!

Bike in the opposite direction for four minutes and you're on the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. All the Cape's natural beauty so close, yet this house is only a three-minute drive off U.S. Route 6, where you'll find a variety of restaurants and other appealing retail options.

Indoor Living Space
Freshly renovated, step into a bright, airy home with vaulted ceilings and an open living area, where relaxation meets style. Inside this multi-level unique home are modern updates and new stylish furnishings, including air-conditioning, that create a welcoming retreat. The spacious living area boasts a plush couch for gathering or simply relaxing and reading a book. The renovated open kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, invites you to create culinary delights. When you're ready to dine, step into the dining area and gather at the six-person table.

Sleeping Accommodations
Sleeping six guests comfortably, there are three bedrooms, all on the main level. One bedroom has twins, the other two have a queen size bed each. One of the queen bedrooms has a private full bath en suite. The home has a total of two full baths, one with a tub/shower combination, the other with a step-in shower.
