Set in the desirable Meads village area of Eastbourne, this contemporary ground floor patio garden flat is popular with both holiday makers and business people needing comfortable accommodation.

Shipside has two bedrooms - one kingsize and one small double - sleeping up to three adults or two adults and two small children. Children of all ages are welcome and an adult, neutered, small-to-medium sized dog is considered (please discuss/supplement applies).

It boasts a separate lounge, kitchen and dining conservatory - leading to the patio area.

The comfortable lounge is spacious and relaxing, with two sofas to sink into in front of the flame effect fire and smart TV. There's a DVD player on hand, plus books and a selection of board games and puzzles for family fun, plus Alexa smart speakers in the lounge, conservatory and bedrooms.

A galley-style kitchen offers all you'll need for a self catering break, with an oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and the indulgence of a Krups coffee machine.

The kitchen leads through to an airy, light dining conservatory, with views over your patio garden - which also boasts an outdoor dining set if the weather is kind.

The main bathroom has a bath with shower over and there is a second toilet, so no need to queue for the facilities.

WiFi is provided, plus linen and regular towels (bring your beach towels). Parking is on street and free of charge along nearby roads.

The shops, cafes, and pubs of delightful Meads village are just a stroll away, as is the beach and seafront. Eastbourne centre, with its theatres and wider eateries, is also within walking distance.
