Beachside is a lovely individual apartment located in a quiet residential road just off the seafront, within easy reach of The Sovereign Centre (swimming pool & leisure centre) and Princes Park, with its lake, bowling green and putting green. Tennis courts and local shops, including a supermarket, are also within walking distance.

Beachside offers one double bedroom and one twin room. The large lounge is light and airy with a large bay window, family bathroom and a very spacious kitchen, dining room. There is a sofabed in the living room for sleeping one person. Total occupancy 5 people

The South Downs National Park is on the door step providing glorious walks with breath-taking views.
The beach is within 5 minutes’ walk and the town, theatres and National Downs all nearby. Great for children of all ages. TV, WiFi, PS3, books.

Great short break away
We were really pleasantly surprised with the size of the property and it was clean and well equipped. It was in a great location between the town & pier and the marina. There was always space to park even it was sometimes a little bit down the road, so no problem there. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time away and would happily recommend it to family and friends. Thank you.

ok for a short trip with a dog
No dishwasher (my fault), but the dishes are always quiet dirty, when the customers clean it fpor themselves. the kitchentable was a "gardentable" with column in the tabletop. all the leftovers fell down and there where a lot of restovers from the other guests. the kitchen cabinets where quiet dirty inside. The cookware was cheap and not a high quality for gas stove: there was no possibility to cook a proper meal except "Spaghetti with tomato sauce"or heating the milk was very difficult because it burned in. The bathroom could be cleaner. The facilities for cleaning (mop), looked not very trustworthy.....
