I arrived at 1:15am after a looong time traveling and it took the desk 30 min to give me a room. Their “system” wouldn’t let them log in, I was so so tired and about to sleep in my rental car. - the first room I got smelled strongly like cigarettes.. I got a different one seeing as it would give me a headache. The new one still smelled like cigarettes but less. The bed was really nice and the towels were clean so it had that. The room and property need a maintenance department.

The double king bedroom was clean and large enough. But there were only 2 towels (4 person room). The bathroom and water temperature was good. The wall sound barrier was bad. Breakfast was better than expected. I would stay here again.

The room was exactly what you would expect a nice hotel room to be like. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had no trouble falling asleep easily and feeling like I was safe... something I can not say for other hotels that I have been to recently.

On 8/24-8/25 What made this stay stand out to me was the cleanliness and care shown to upkeep the rooms and hotel property. Any staff i came into contact with that day/evening were lovely even just passing by in the hallway during check-out. The staff member Eric went above and beyond to show hospitality and had a way to be personable with myself and my 4 year old son so there was comfortablity when my son was running around everywhere with excitement. It seems to me you have a great crew and they deserve some recognition! Thanks for the lovely stay

It was way too expensive for the room we got. There were only 2 towels (no hand towels) and when we asked for more we were told we had to go get them ourselves. The room smelled humid, looked old and ugly and small. Breakfast was ok but tables were sticky and dirty. We will not be staying there again.

There was a big puddle on top of the AC, I could not sleep all last night because of how noisy my neighbor was, and the breakfast didn't taste good at all as I felt that there was no effort put into it. For the price of this hotel, I would have chose anywhere else and still would have had a way better living experience.

Great! perfect if driving to airport
Clean, nice, comfy, decent Hot Bk, 24 hr coffee access, parking-easy/lots, Very quiet, great airport route (can avoid I-90), Joey's Italian close-awesome. Good lobby/ lot's of seating, nice laptop counter, couches, both receptionists very nice. Fridge, microwave.
